​I’ve spent over two decades helping churches, leaders, and believers transform divine inspiration into practical, sustainable ministry.  My passion is helping people move from wondering “What is God calling me to do?” to walking confidently in their calling.

ChurchWorks4U! was born from a simple belief: that faith and structure can work together. When we combine spiritual passion with biblical wisdom and intentional planning, the results are both powerful and lasting.  My mission is to help believers move from Calling → Clarity → Commissioning—to live out their purpose with wisdom, grace, and effectiveness.​​​​​​

Over the years, I’ve been blessed to combine my love for ministry with a passion for coaching and learning.  I’m a Licensed Coaching Minister through the Christian Leaders Institute in Spring Lake, Michigan (affiliated with Liberty University), and I hold two graduate degrees from Liberty University: a Master of Arts in Human Services: Life Coaching and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministries from the Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, Lynchburg, VA. I am also a Certified Growth Coach through Paradigm 360 Coach Training in Charlotte, North Carolina (affiliated with Rutgers University).

My training and experiences have deepened my understanding of both practical leadership and spiritual formation. They’ve shaped how I coach others—blending biblical truth, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning so believers can move confidently from calling to commissioning.
